What 1:1 Coaching and Executive Advisory Actually Look Like: For individual builders (PMs, operators, and leaders), we don't do generic prompt tips. We spend 3 to 5 hours screen-sharing on your machine. In Hour 1, we move you out of basic browser chat windows and configure a modern builder workspace (VS Code, CLI workflows, and project memory). In Hours 2 and 3, we take the heaviest recurring parts of your actual job and build 3 to 5 reusable custom skills and workflow agents around them. In Hour 4, we wire up external context using Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools so you walk away with a working personal workbench. For Founders, VPs, and Senior Directors booking Executive Advisory, we focus on the organizational operating system: setting real AI adoption and cycle-time metrics that cannot be gamed, designing your team's shared AI workbench, and deciding where to buy off-the-shelf tools versus where to build proprietary agents and MCP servers.

Team Workshops & Custom Agent Builds: Our Team Enablement Workshops are built around shipping, not lecture slides. We pick real workflow bottlenecks across your product, engineering, or operations team, stand up a shared team AI workbench, and coach your team live as they build reusable skills and ship working prototypes together. When companies need turnkey engineering, I also architect and build custom Proof of Concepts (POCs) and production systems. Recent builds include an end-to-end B2B quoting and ERP agent (which parses multi-turn quote-desk emails and historical PDFs, queries live Dell and BrokerBin pricing APIs, runs an adversarial verification agent to catch logic errors, and stages quotes directly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) as well as enterprise Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that combine MCP tools, actions, and UI to bring portal-bound software directly into the IDEs and chat tools teams use every day.
