Hey There

Thanks for being here. Before we jump into working together, I just want to share a few quick notes about how I coach, where I draw the line, and what you can expect from me.

I’m not here to give you legal advice or guarantee outcomes. I’m also not here to represent or speak on behalf of any company I’ve worked for. I’m here to help you clarify your goals, tell your story, and navigate your career with strategy and confidence.

That only works if we’re on the same page—so here’s a quick look at my coaching boundaries, values, and terms. Nothing scary. Just transparency and mutual respect.

1. This is an independent service.

Beachtree Coaching is a personal project—not affiliated with Microsoft or any past or current employer. Coaching is done outside of working hours, on personal time, and on my own dime.

2. Confidentiality matters.

What we discuss stays between us. I won’t share your job search, materials, or personal situation with anyone else—and I ask that you extend the same courtesy.

3. No inside baseball.

I won’t share internal processes, documents, or confidential info from any employer—past or present. I’ll bring you frameworks, patterns, and insights from real-world experience—but not trade secrets.

4. Coaching isn’t job placement.

I’m here to help you get clarity, sharpen your tools, and take smarter action. I’ve helped people land big jobs and big raises—but I can’t guarantee outcomes. That’s on you (and the market).

5. Payment, rescheduling, and fairness.

Sessions are paid up front. You can reschedule up to 24 hours ahead—no problem. Late cancels or no-shows may not be refunded, just because time is limited and this is a solo shop.

If you have questions about any of this, just reach out. I'm always happy to talk it through.
